Classes

I believe that you get out of life what you put into it. You give worth to the things that you honor. Reiki can be a very spiritual, sacred part of your life, if given the respect that it deserves. That is why I feel it is important that it not be rushed and that you take a hands on approach to fully absorb the knowledge. Once you have completed each level of Reiki, live with it for a while, experience it and let it fill you with its amazing gift. Get feed back from the people in your life that you practice on. Work with other students and share ideas and techniques. The only real way to understand Reiki is to practice it and to offer it to yourself.

Inspirit Studios offers students continued support and a community to grow with. We have monthly Reiki shares and volunteer opportunities within our local area. My hope is to help build the confidence and knowledge needed to take Reiki into the world.

Reiki Level 1
Reiki level 1 introduces the basic principles of Reiki. This level is open to anyone with a desire to understand and explore this healing modality. No prior training is needed. The only requirement is an open mind and desire to grow.
Student will take home the knowledge to perform self treatments and are encouraged to share with friends and family.

Reiki Level 2
Level 2/Practitioner training is open to those who have completed Reiki Level 1 and have met the required 20 documented sessions. This level is intended to expand your knowledge and deepen your healing abilities.

  • Level 2 Attunement
  • First 3 Reiki symbols
  • Distance Healing
  • Pregnancy and Birth Support
  • End of Life Transitioning
  • Setting up a practice
