Appointment terms and conditions:

If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 4 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without the prior notice, will incur a fee of $50.

Events/Class terms and conditions:

Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our Events/Classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 2 days before your scheduled Event/Class. Please note, we do not offer refunds on events/classes. However, if you give us at least 2 days notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another Event/Class. However, if you do not cancel within that time period or fail to show you will loose any payments you have already made.

Retreat terms and conditions:

Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the retreat date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 29-15 days prior to retreat will receive a 50% refund. Any notice of cancellation made less than 15 days prior to the retreat will receive no refund.
