| Description: | We will explore each of the 7 main chakra and their care. Learn how you can keep these energy centers balanced and flowing. We will learn meditations, sound healing, crystals, aromatherapy and foods that resonate with each chakra. We will also discuss symptoms of dysfunction in each of the chakras. This is a 3 week workshop that meets Wednesday evenings June 6, 13 & 20 from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Week 1- Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakras Week 2- Heart and Throat Chakras Week 3- Brow and Crown Chakras The cost for this series is $65.00 Please register by May 30. There is $20 deposit.
